I never would have imagined that so many people played the bagpipe. And, I really never would have imagined that so many police knew how to play the bagpipes.

Haha - Don't you know? Only the men in the front row are actually playing - the others pretend and the sound is actually coming from portable players and speakers carried along with the band. And the others in police uniform are not always police.
Just kidding. Or maybe not :)
