Reuben decorated his face... Mom took a picture and then washed it off.
Mom knited a whole hat (her first knitted thing that wasn't a scarf), she got all the way done, and was going to try to find a needle to get the end thread through and then finish the hat (possibly with a puff ball), but before she found a needle she got Reuben out of his nap. She decided to start dinner instead of go back to the knitting, and Reuben being the little helper he is took the knitting needles out of the hat and brought them to her.

Oh poor Brecken. The next one will be better for it. How did you do the black yarn? Did you just double the yarn on those rows or what? Do you have a pattern?
