November is coming too fast!

For those of you with torn political feelings and midterms, I'm betting you agree with me that November is coming way to fast. I've gotten lost and confused reading the websites of the two major candidates. Neither are clear, both are desperately trying to win votes, and they are both convoluted and difficult to navigate. I would suggest going to http://glassbooth.org. It is an interesting way to find out who you agree with and on what, and they have quotes to support their judgment of the candidate's stance. (And they include third party candidates, but really, whats the point of voting if you are just going to write in Oprah--honestly she has about the same chance as McKinney and Nader do.)

I'm actually about ready to turn off the TV for the next 3 weeks so I won't see any more of it. Hasn't it been going on for about 15 years now? I do, however wish there were some easy way to find out more than 3 sentences about people running for local office. I love glassbooth. It told me I liked Fred Thompson last time I looked.

I'm with Talyn--it can't come fast enough. I'm so sick of the debates and the campaign commercials. Uggh.

I learned I should vote for Nader. We'll see.

I didn't even know he was running! That's how 1)poorly I've paid attention so far and 2)poorly anyone else stands a chance against the Republican and Democratic parties.

I'll vote for Oprah if you do! :)

I'd vote for Oprah if I thought she could win. Right now I'm leaning toward Obama...I don't want anybody as hot-headed and reactionary as McCain making larger-than-life decisions for me. But I'm going to check out your link.

And November is also coming too soon because most the leaves have dropped and it's 49 degrees this week!

BUT...Guess who we saw last night? Yes! We went! She was fabulous!

Ah man! The guy I was going to vote for (since my vote doesn't really matter) isn't even on GlassBooth.

Brecken,
That was a great link. Plus, I read a lot of the links to wikipedia to really understand the issues. It was really educational. Thanks. And, although Oprah would make a great candidate I will use my vote better.

I went back and took the quiz. Very enlightening. I am no longer undecided.
