Washington DC: Day Four

We went to the Smithsonian Natural History Museum. Reuben loved it! He ran from gem to gem saying, "Whats that?!" He touched the touching stations, and said "Whats that?!" or "Oh! Soft!" (he really meant smooth.) He talked about the elephant and the lion, and the other animals.

Walked by the FBI building, and Ford's theater, and then met the Bob on the metro to go home. We fit 4 adults and two car seats in to a Honda Accord, and even drove by a police car. It felt a lot like college silliness except for the car seats. We would have fit better without the car seats.

Reuben had put his pants on that morning all by himself, I didn't want to make him feel like he shouldn't keep doing it, so he had backward pants on all day. We dropped the boys off at Ellament's friend's house was we got to go on a double date to see Indiana Jones. I'm not what you would consider and Indiana Jones fan, but I enjoyed paying under 9 dollars for a movie ticket, and it was nice to do something Justin loves that we rarely get to do. (He, I think, loved it.) We went to pick up the boys, and I was once again complemented on my pleasant child. (He really is pretty wonderful.)

I think Reuben is totally rocking the backward pants look. Who doesn't think that pockets in the front is just more functional?!? lol :)

He's too cute and it looks like you guys had a blast in DC.

Me too! I think the backwards pants look way cool :) Maybe I'll try it tomorrow!

And I'm glad you got to go on a fun date! I just wish it could be me babysitting the wonderful boy :)

xo Tammy

PS. Justin - did you really like the movie? Didn't you think that was the worst kiss in movie history ever?! It looked like he would rather be doing anything else but kissing her! You can't grimmace while you're kissing and think the audience will buy it!
