Notes

Reuben likes to play with older kids, older kids wish he would kick or throw the ball instead of grab it and run.

He is like Mommy and loves to look at water. We got to the park where we had the ward picnic and he started yelling "A RIVER!!!" We need to go to a place were he can swim. (I saw that Amtrak runs to Detroit Lakes, I don't think it would be way less expensive than flying... but I might be.)

Justin comes home and asks "How was your day?" He noticed that this week my answer has changed (I didn't notice this myself... but when I think about it I really do feel much better.) I used to say, "You know." or "Oh, Fine." And now I say "Good." or "Great."

I won't do laundry on rainy friday mornings again because there were 5 people down there trying to do laundry.

I found more holes in the walls, and the mice are back in the kitchen... we had a good month of no mice in the kitchen. Do stay at home mom's kill mice when they are home? Is that in my new job description?

Reuben does ballet moves while he dancing down the hallway because he was watching Daddy's tapes from the audition sessions. Any one want to give him 300 dollars for swimming or dancing or capoeira lessons?

He saw the pull-ups I got to start real potty training... they have Lightening McQueen on them that beats out mickey mouse. I tell him he can wear them when he wants to start using the potty every time, and then he says,"No, Mickey Mouse Diaper."

I like your 'notes' posts. They always combine to give me a nice overview of your week.

Good luck with the potty training! ;)

Does your Landlord not allow you to have a cat? I've heard that sometimes even the smell of a cat will keep mice away. Maybe you don't want to deal with a litter box and a toddler, which is completely understandable...I just know that I would rather have a cat kill a mouse than me. Yeesh, I'm sorry about that.
