Justin stayed home sick yesterday (he has fever, and aches). Reuben loved the attention he got. Reuben would get down from our bed, and find a book, and have Daddy read it. They spent a half hour "reading" the Animal Book. It was so fun to listen to them. Counting, saying the animal names, making animal sounds.
And you know what else, Reuben took a nap. It was late in the day, but still a nap.
Although I do want Justin to feel better, I'm glad he was home to spend quality time with Reuben laying in bed.

I am with you on that. There are so many times that I wish Michael could have a reason to stay home.
