Apple Pie

Crust:
2 1/4 Cup Flour
2/3 Cup Shortening
6-8 Tablespoons COLD Water

Cut shortening into flour. With a fork, gently add the water until moist. Roll out two circles.

Filling:
4 Apples peeled, cored, sliced
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Spoonfuls of Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Dash Allspice
Dash Nutmeg
Mix the dry ingredients before adding to apples so the cornstarch doesn't clump.

Brecken,

Though the Apple Pie DOES look delicious, I'm afraid the juxtaposition of the apples picture and the apple pie picture was just a little too violent for my delicate sensativities! (okay, so I started laughing). It's like looking at a living breathing cow, and than a beautiful leather jacket!

Happy eating you apple killer you!
