Happy birthday week to me

Talyn called with some very great happy-birthday-week-to-me news. WAIT! There are a few things you need to know before the story will make sense. 1) Talyn has all of my "hey look I just had a baby" stuff. 2) The last time I remember seeing my wallet was in November of 2006 when we had Tammy over to watch Walk the Line and eat pizza. (It was Papa Murphy's chicken bacon ranch, and it was delicious, and the movie was good, too.) 3)It is my birthday on September 5th. (which is in less than a week.)

Okay, Talyn called with some very great happy-birthday-week-to-me news. It was so good, she had to tell me it in person, so she called (get it, in person, but I live in New York now). She was sanitizing the breast pump stuff, so cleaned out the carrying case, and found something of great value to me. MY WALLET! The one that was not behind the dishwasher, or in the entire empty house as we were moving, or the entire empty car as we were selling it. She found all of my cards, including social security, because I needed it for something the week I lost the wallet. And some cash, I'm sure it is very little, maybe enough to cover shipping the wallet to me.

Can you believe it?! I cannot believe it! Happy birthday week to me!

(The only reason I mention it is so that Justin knows I want him to plan a happy birthday thing for me, that I don't have to do myself... I might even be up for a surprise this year, if it isn't going to see some movie I don't want to see.)

oh, and my other happy-birthday-week-to-me news is that my uncle sold our car, so we will pay off the loan, and have money in savings again. (until we have to use that money, but we will have money to use.)

Yea! Happy birthday! I bet you're incredibly relieved to have your wallet back. It's nerve-racking when you lose it.

And don't let Justin take you to a movie you don't want to see. It's your birthday--you get to choose the movie, and if you don't feel like making decisions, you definitely get full veto power!

Woohoo! I'm so glad you found the wallet, because the whole "The last time I remember seeing my wallet was in November of 2006 when we had Tammy over to watch Walk the Line and eat pizza. (It was Papa Murphy's chicken bacon ranch, and it was delicious, and the movie was good, too.)" thing made me look REALLY GUILTY.... :D
And yes - the Papa Murphy's chicken bacon ranch was DELICIOUS!

I'm glad you found it!
lots of love,
T.
