You get what you pay for

2012_1_14 015

Justin got an appointment at a fancy salon for me as a christmas/anniversary present.I have long been bemoaning the fact that my one true beauty was not so much of a beauty anymore. Well, four hours in the salon and a bunch of money and I'm back to feeling like I have a beauty again.

I have never been much of a make-up wearer. The end result didn't make that much of a difference so I never felt the urge to waste the time. Well, that is not the case anymore. I do look better after spending an hour trying to look better. It's a blessing and a curse, it means I can do something to look a bit better, but it also means I have to do something to look a bit better. That makes 9 o'clock church a little challenging.

It's been a couple weeks and I am still happy to be blond again, and happy that I can wear my hair down and not be thinking about the weird cut. And it is so nice to have people compliment me, for a large girl like myself that doesn't happen that often, so its a nice change.

Now the only problem is up keep. My hobbies are going to have to get cheaper so I can keep my hair looking good.
