Courtlin went with me to Thanksgiving Point to see the tulips. It was Saturday was originally the last day, and Justin wasn't going to be able to go with us, so we went today. Well they extended it, because Utah is having the weirdest spring ever, and there are still lots of tulips that haven't even bloomed yet.
It was freezing.
I had grabbed the boys winter coats, but Courtlin and I were in spring jackets. We all needed gloves.
Reuben had a wonderful time running ahead, and I only had to talk to him once about going where I couldn't see him. Simeon walked for about an hour, most of it holding Courtlin's hand.
There were supposedly bands playing, but we couldn't find them. We were a little sad about that, but it was nice to look at pretty flowers and colors.
We were all tired when we were done. Tired and cold, but the transcendentalist in me was so happy we went. It really is a spiritual experience to behold the beauty that God created for us. Ugly, onion looking things, growing into beautiful flowers, only to be cut down, and rest, and recharge to do it again in the spring.

Wow!
Yay for you guys braving the cold :) I think I feel closest to Heavenly Father when I'm out amongst the beauty of nature as well.
Simeon is getting so BIG!!!!
