happy to have boys

Who needs tutus and giant flower head bands when you've got eyes like that?

Would you like to know how I got this photo?

On the way to the park Reuben found a stick. He carried said stick to the park. Made me hold it while he played. I left said stick by the bench when it was time to leave. We got a few yards away, and Reuben yelled! "My stick! Where is my stick!" So we turned around, to get the stick. He asked if he could take it home. I said, he would have to leave it outside. He said, "But how can I take it ALL the way home." I said, "If you let me take pictures of you, and you do nice faces."

So, now there is another stick in our house, but also another bunch of photos I really love.

I love my child, but I'm so jealous of those gorgeous blue eyes!

Definitely worth a stick or two at home! Beautiful photos. A-gain! :)

I sense a glint in the eye of the wily negotiator in the last photo however. Reuben looks canny and enterprising. Is that just me? lol

Isn't it amazing how many sticks one little child can accumulate? We have a pile of "Special" sticks outside our front door, because we have the rule that they can't come inside. But fortunately, the kids can look out the front window and check on their stick if they are feeling lonely.
And I'll have you know, they don't grow out of it. Now I have 5 people collecting sticks instead of just one or two.

Oh my goodness, I am never over-amazed at the cuteness of your kids! I love how they're cute brothers, too. My boys are starting to get that "buddy" feel and it's so fun...

Love to the fam!
