Ready to Pop

At this stage with Reuben I was told to stop working, and stay home and stop everything because my blood pressure was too high. I was sleeping in the recliner because if I laid down I was choked with acid reflux. I am neither of those things right now.

At this stage with Reuben my hips felt like they were going to disconnect, and I couldn't tie my own shoes. I am both of those things-only worse this time around.

At this stage with Reuben I was very hopeful that the baby would be coming within "anytime". I'm saying "anytime within the next three weeks" this time.

At this stage with Reuben I was filled with anticipation, and excitement. This time I'm still having a hard time imagining coming home with another baby.

At this stage with Reuben I had the windows and door open in the apartment letting the cold December air whip through the house to cool me off, making poor Justin live in his coat. This time I am DIEING of heat and humidity.

I'm sorry you're so uncomfortable...only a little bit more to go! You still look great, though. Gorgeous as ever!

Wow! Brecken! You look beautiful! Thank you for the photos.
I WISH we could put you in airconditioning all day.. :)

I love the last photo of you both (all. - Is that a yawn from Reuben? lol) It's a beautiful social comment! :)

I was going to say the same thing. You look really good. In that last picture your hair looks great and so do your glossy lips. :D

These are great pictures! Congrats on making it without those complications.

It was SO great to meet you yesterday, fun to see you in person and for the kids to meet. And Reuben was nice with Lilly in nursery. Thanks for the park tips; let me know if you're up to a family outing to get out all together this week. :)

I was all ready to come on and tell you how much I LOVE these photos - but everyone else has beat me too it!

But, never one to shy away from repeating myself or others... I Love the photos brecken. Just love them! How beautiful you look! And they bring back all my wonderful memories of your first pregnancy. (Justin wasn't the only one wearing his winter coat in your house by the way - I nearly froze!) I wish I could visit you even just for the day, to take you out for (what I would loved to have made a tradtion) our 'prebirth baby-shower-that's-not-a-baby-shower-because-I-hate-baby-showers' breakfast. I remember being so excited for you, and crossing my fingers, hoping that I would get to be there when he came, I loved that visit with the three of you in the hospital. I guess I'll just have to wait for the photos this time, and I guess we'll just have to pretend we've had our 'traditional' breakfast.

I'm just as excited though, and you'll be in my prayers over 'the next three weeks or so' :)

Lots of love Breck-Can-Cook!

PS. It's so wonderful to see you so pregnant. Especially when I think back to those difficult months when you weren't. Isn't Heavenly Father wonderful!
