Ice Cream

Reuben enjoyed some icecream while we were in Minnesota. I am glad that he got enough Minnesotan in him to not think icecream is taboo when it is below zero.

The news has been trying to convince us that it is bitter cold here in New York. Now, I wouldn't want to be in the Hudson, but Its not bitter. Justin and I went out tonight, and the wind was cold, but I could still feel my legs, and the moisture in my eyes didn't freeze, and I could still breath through my nose. The only problem with it being pretty cold in New York, is that you are out in it with no escape. You can't run to the car and jump in, you have to walk the few blocks to the bus stop and wait there making Reuben walk around in circles so he doesn't notice the wind and start complaining. Then warm up a little on the bus just to get out and walk in the wind again.

I miss the cold. So standing at a freezing bus stop just walking in circles sounds like lots of fun to me :)

I'm glad you guys are back! And seeing how Adalyn was staring at Reuben all during church, I think she's happy about it too!
