Ebelskiver

I got a Filled Pancake pan from Grammie for Christmas. We tried it out yesterday. Berry filled pancakes for lunch yesterday, you should have been there!
They were a hit! Reuben loved the ball-like shape, and the suprise in the middle, (although the suprise in the middle made a big mess cause he was never expecting it.)
I'm thinking applesauce, chocolate, guyabada & mozzerella cheese. I'm thinking left over chicken stew.
If you have the pan, follow the link above for the recipes. (I used the one that came with the pan.)

I've never hear do those. They look really yummy though!

(Of course, I missed breakfast this morning, so it could just be that I'm starving...)

We have them every Christmas morning! Luv em! It's a Swedish tradition that goes way back in my family. I'll have to check out the recipes. The cheese ones are an interesting idea.
