Pizza Crust

1 1/3 Cup Hot Water
1 Tablespoon Yeast
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
3 1/2-4 Cups Flour

In a metal bowl that has been warmed under running hot water. Mix the water, yeast and oil together. Add salt and flour. (I use a kitchen aid on 2 with the bread hook) Knead. Let rise 2 hours (if you have a good enough environment one hour will do).

It makes one large thick crust, or two medium thin crusts.

Bake 350-375 for 35 minutes if one crust and 15-20 if two thin crusts.

We made two, one with sauteed onions and mushrooms, tomatoes and black olives, and one Hawaiian.

Looks like the same recipe I use for pizza crust...only I bake my pizza at 400. Seems like it's done in 20 minutes. Also, I like to do 1/2 whole wheat flour.
