No Alarm Sunday

I woke up at 8:27 this morning. We have to leave our house at 8:25 if we are going to catch a bus that will get us to church on time. So we got dressed in a hurry, we ran out the door. We grabbed a taxi. We jumped out of the taxi, and ran up to the primary floor. Mommy left Daddy and Reuben in the dust. When Daddy and Reuben caught up with her Daddy asked if Mommy had his scriptures.

Nope.

We hope that there was no checkbook in the scriptures, and that only good comes from loosing them. Daddy's biggest concern was that poem that Mommy wrote to accept his proposal.

That bites. I hope everything works out well. Maybe someone will find them, read them, and then get in contact with you.

Have you guys heard anything about the lost scriptures yet? One time my camera with a roll of film full of secretly-taken-photos of my sweet Romanian orphans got left in a taxi in Romania. There was no way to retrieve it, so I don't have any pictures to remember some of my favorite chidlren by and I have to rely on the imperfect images in my brain.
Happy Birthday, again, Brecken! We had a great time at your picnic party and wish we could have gotten there earlier!

Have you found the checkbook? I'm sorry about the lost poem, that's a sad occasion.

Oh dear! Did you check his back jeans pocket?!

(isn't that where something was when he lost it for ages once? or was that behind the fridge? or under the stove? wait, wasn't it in the bottom of the clothes basket?)

Hope you find it!
