Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man

I've been accused of "Hippie Ranting" on my blog. I don't think of myself as a hippie ranter, maybe a hippie leaner, but not ranter. Its pretty common knowledge that I think if its hot I should not have to wear more than I have to in my own home. Some of my political views lean more to the peace and preserve side of things. I like folk music, and will listen to the independent radio stations to hear it (and then hear some real hippie ranting). I think its pretty great that recycling is so easy here, BUT, I won't by the more expensive eggs because they are a recyclable container instead of the ozone depleting Styrofoam. I like Bob Dylan, but I think someone else should sing his songs. I don't, nor do I have the desire to, do drugs. I don't believe in free love, to quote Donny. I like money, okay, I love it, and I want lots and lots of it. I don't own a van. I don't go to protests, and think people that do usually make a fool of themselves instead of doing any good. I comb my hair more often than I used to. And, when I used to have a Walmart, I shopped there.

That being said, I think my son thinks we are hippies. He wanted to do this instead of take a bath and go to bed:

Brecky, he's the cutest little hippy wanna be ever :) Do you know what stuck me? He's such a happy little boy. I love that. it's a credit to you and Justin really - you must be doing a really fantastic job with him.
xo Tammy
PS. I kinda liked thinking of you as a hippy ranter, it made me just a little more exotic, having a friend who was a hippy ranter :)

Oh my so funny. Such a funny post and such a funny video. I think the only thing that might have made Reuben even happier would be to lose the diaper entirely (he is your son, Brecken). :)
